Formal education would give fundamentals for doing your job and majority of it would be theory while self-education would give you practical experience where you would actually be able to apply your knowledge. They teach you just enough in schools and colleges that you are able to make your living but they don’t teach you how to become wealthy. They don’t teach you in detail about stock markets and you cannot truly learn about the market without actually investing in it. So, some things are need to be self-taught which would allow you to make a fortune.
